Pork Loin ribs are commonly referred to as “baby” back ribs due to their shorter size. They are less fatty than the belly ribs.

Defrost and place on an open flame, braai for about 7mins, then turn over and braai the other side. If you can baste with some BBQ sauce, it just makes the ribs taste a little sweeter.
