This is made at our supplier to our specifications and can be frozen to be enjoyed at a later stage.

Spanish Omelet
Dice 1 whole Chourizo sausage
Dice 1 whole big onion
Dice 1 whole green pepper

Fry onion, green pepper and chourizo until golden brown, let cool and add to 6 beaten eggs

Make omelets in a non stick pan.
