Chick Peas 400g (canned)

Tin of chick peas

Chick pea salad (feeds 10)
2 x tins chick peas
1 big onion
handful of parsley (cut up finely)
Generous amount of olive oil.

Drain chick peas
dice and add onion
add parsley
dress with olive oil
